1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped from our warehouse.

  • Once shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.

2. Returns Policy

Due to the nature of medical and personal care products (including anti-snoring products), we follow strict hygiene protocols.

  • We only accept returns in the following cases:

    • Product received is damaged

    • Product is defective

    • Wrong product was delivered

  • We do NOT accept returns for:

    • Opened products

    • Used products

    • Tampered items

  • Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Customers must provide unboxing video or clear images as proof for verification.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

  • Damaged product received

  • Defective product received

  • Incorrect product delivered

Refund Process:

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to:

    • Original payment method (for prepaid orders)

    • Bank transfer (for Cash on Delivery orders)

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Product has been opened or used

  • Request raised after 48 hours of delivery

  • Minor variation in product appearance

  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

  • Delivery failed due to customer unavailability

5. Replacement Policy

  • We may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on the situation

  • Replacement is subject to product availability

6. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

  • If the issue is from our side (damaged or wrong product), we will bear the return shipping cost
